Ten Things That Will Change Your Life[style]

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedinmail

Many times we put our eyes on the big things out there. But the fact remains that as determined as we are to make significant changes and do big things, we can only reach that height of big things until we fix some small items in place.

Life has a lot of experiences, and only if we gather the right experiences, we will not get the best out of what we do.

The constant thing about life is change. No matter what you do, you cannot avoid change. The more we resist change, the more miserable our life becomes. And to give heed to change, we should ensure we plan it and take it gradually as our routine can permit.

We can, however, not avoid the unexpected from happening, but what we can do is, set a sample of what we want for ourselves when the unexpected does happen.

This is where our power of choice comes in, using this power of choice allows us to change our life. And that is the fulcrum of what we are going to be talking about today—using your power of choice to craft out something beautiful for our lives.

1. Make your bed daily

A lot of interpretations can be made from our little actions daily. Making your bed and how you make it can be one of the ways to tell how organized you are.

Many may want to trivialize this act, but making your bed will set you to the next task and the next after that, and you will be bubbling with fulfillment by the end of the day. But it all begins from you doing what is right immediately you get up from the bed.

As soon as you make your bed (clean your bed), the next thing to do is clean yourself. Wash your mouth and have your bath.

Even if you are not going out or you don’t have an appointment to catch, having your bath daily in the morning goes a long way to increase your productivity. Take your time to clean yourself.

2. Read the news

This is another little thing that could affect you most positively or negatively possible. Follow the news and know what is happening around you.

As little as it is, listening to the news can keep you informed about the kinds of jobs that are available, the places you should not visit, and most importantly, you get information that gives you talking rights when around people.

3. Cut Posters in your room

Having a motivational poster in your room is very important; it improves your success rate. It can be the only force that makes you continue reading that book when you are about to stop. You can put up your resolution to finish a book every week on your doorpost.

No matter how trivial it looks but that motivational poster helps you to stay motivated and to get rid of procrastination.

4. Clear youR To Do

To-do lists are usually written to guide you on what to do daily. If you have good things listed out, completing them daily will go a long way to improve every aspect of your life and can cause a drastic change. When you clear your to-do every day, it helps you assess yourself and decide your next move.

Hence you should ensure that your To-Do is cleared before you retire to bed daily. This way, you set yourself up for progress.

5. Exercise daily

The magic behind exercises comes when you are faithful to it. You tend to see its effect after being consistent for at least 21 days. Exercises will help reduce your stress level. Also, during exercise, your body will secret hormones that will help your body relax and prepare it for the day’s activities.

Exercising in the morning increases your chances of completing your To-do listings, thereby improving your productivity. No matter how busy you are, at least go for a 10 minutes walk.

6. Set your alarm 1 hour early

This trick is simple; if it has been difficult for you to get up at a particular time, then you should learn to set your alarm 1 hour before the time you want to wake up. This way, when the first alarm wakes you, you sleep back. Then the second alarm will have more effect, and then your sleep may not be profound.

Sleep can be refreshing sometimes that it can make you miss your appointment.

7. Volunteer

Find a cause you are passionate about and spend time volunteering. You can never experience true acts of kindness until you learn out to give your time and money for something you are passionate about with the expectation of nothing in return.

8. Grow a garden

Nurturing plants teaches patience. Not only will gardening give you something to do, but you’ll also be contributing to your environment. Imagine waking up, looking out your window, and seeing beautiful flowers and plants. You feel pride when you know that you are responsible for such a beautiful environment.

9. Reply all your mails

Sometimes, our mailbox can tell how lazy we are, especially if you accumulate your mails without responding to them. Unimportant emails should not be left unattended to, open them, read them, and take the necessary action.

Ensure that you do not sleep without attending to all your mails, even if you can’t get the information being asked for immediately, you can fix that on your To-Do for the next day.

10. Drink a glass of water before and after sleep

Water is good and can be used when thirsty. But it can also be used as a therapy. Taking water before bedtime has a way of reducing your stress level, and when you wake up, it helps you improve metabolism.

It is free, in your reach and will cost you nothing to take a stroll to the refrigerator before and after sleep.

Small activities go a long way to how we handle big things. Hence we mustn’t lose the touch of these little things; the more we are perfect in them, the more productive we become.

13 Best Practices of KAIZEN for you

Kaizen management best practices.Do It !!!

This article describes the following 13 kaizen management Best Practices in detail:

  1. Define clear objectives and expectations
  2. Focus on the process, not on the goal
  3. Involve all stakeholders in the decision-making process
  4. Go after the low-hanging fruit (quick wins)
  5. “Do it better, make it better”
  6. Remove waste in all forms & variations
  7. Choose the right fight
  8. Appoint a leader (facilitator) for the event
  9. Provide training for all participants
  10. Use available software
  11. Treat the Kaizen event as a business process
  12. Have a good plan
  13. Make sure that the improvement lasts (continuous improvement).

1: Define clear objectives and expectations

Prior to the event, you want a well-defined set of goals and expectations. This means that you must develop a list of the statistics that you will use to define success. It is now a good time to implement the “SMART” technology goals. Goals must be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely.

2: Focus on the process, not on the goal

Kaizen is based on a philosophy of small, incremental, continuous improvement. When this style is fully operational, it creates a self-sustaining cycle of opportunities and solutions aimed at reducing waste of time, money and resources. Targeted management focuses on control with a limited definition of success, while kaizen is flexible and adaptive. It uses statistics for evaluation instead of measuring improvements and reaching a predetermined number.

3: Involve all stakeholders in the decision-making process

Employees often feel powerless to influence change in their workplace. They are your biggest source for ideas and skills, but they believe that their voice is not heard. Token attempts at involvement such as the typical suggestion course do not provide meaningful action. Kaizen management includes employees in the improvement process, from identification to implementation and recognition. Seeing their position in the validated company gives them the confidence and motivation to look further for more opportunities to improve.

4: Go after the low-hanging fruit (quick wins)

As mentioned, kaizen management focuses on small, incremental improvement. Employees are encouraged to look for opportunities for change that have a low risk and low costs. This allows change to be influenced quickly, creating a momentum that will continue to the next project. It also keeps the energy level high and ensures more employee involvement.

5: “Do it better, make it better”

Everyone knows the saying: “If it is not broken, do not repair it.” In traditional business models, it is assumed that the process or system functions reasonably well, with maximum effectiveness. Kaizen management assumes that every element of a company can be improved. Employees are encouraged to take a fresh look at established policies and methods. Instead of thinking of why something cannot be done, they are encouraged to ignore conventional limitations and find out how it can be done.

6: Remove waste in all forms & variations

For many companies, waste is viewed from a financial perspective. For Kaizen’s management, waste applies to all resources. A resource that can never be supplemented is time. Every promotion should add value to the business, and employees are encouraged to find ways to increase efficiency and prevent waste. The workplace is constantly being adjusted to be organized so that unnecessary measures are not taken.

7: Choose the right fight

Not all problems can be solved with the short timeframe of a Kaizen event. It is important to be aggressive but realistic when choosing which challenge will be addressed during the event. It should be something that can be tackled by a limited number of people within a few days.

8: Appoint a leader (facilitator) for the kaizen event

Although we believe that Kaizen events should be a collaborative process and that all voices should be heard, it is important to have one person responsible for guiding the team during the event. This person can be called the event leader or the facilitator. They must have some experience with Kaizen events.

9: Provide training for all participants

People should not be thrown into a Kaizen event without the required knowledge to make them successful. They must understand the principles of Kaizen and understand how this is applied in the corporate culture. They must be introduced to any enhancement technique such as PDSA, value stream mapping, the 5 whys and others used during the event. All team members must understand their role and the goals for rapid improvement events.

People do not automatically know how a quick improvement action works. Take the time to teach all participants about the Kaizen mindset, the flow of the event, their specific role and what you can expect before, during and after. Training is important, but practice is also necessary to keep participants in top form.

10: Use supporting software

Kaizen software helps guarantee success by providing a uniform platform for all the work that will take place. Relevant document can be saved, tasks can be assigned and progress can be measured at one online location. The best solutions provide notifications and alerts that help maintain momentum and provide a structure for collaboration. This is especially important if the problem being addressed requires a functional effort. It is quite common for new opportunities for improvement to be discovered during a Kaizen event. Software helps them capture for future projects.

11: Have a good plan

Prior to the event, the leader should work with the team to find out what will happen during the event. For example, most event plans include a number of versions of the following steps:

  • Document and agree with the current status
  • Define the desired status
Discuss possible solutions and agree to changes
  • Implement improvements
  • Refine refinements and develop new standard work
  • Institutionalize the improvement

12: Treat the Kaizen event as a business process

The first thing we mean by this is that the event must have a route map and documentation. You would not let employees work on a different business process without a clear set of expectations and desired results. The same should be true for your Kaizen event. It is a process with a defined beginning, middle and end. The second we mean by treating the Kaizen event as a business process is to acknowledge that this should also be the subject of improvement. Before you start your next appointment, you must review the previous one and determine if it could have been more efficient or effective. If this is the case, make the necessary adjustments.

13: Ensure that the improvement lasts (continuous improvement)

Nobody wants to go through the effort of a Kaizen event only to see that the improvements deteriorate over time. To guarantee long-term success, you build up periodic check-ins and report on the follow-up plan for the event. Keep track of the immediate results of the improvement, but also keep the team responsible for reporting results on a month, six months, a year or any intervals that are relevant to the situation.

Once the event has been completed and the desired improvements have been made, it is essential to make a follow-up plan to measure the results and ensure that the improvement is maintained. We find it useful to follow after 2 weeks, a month, three months, six months and a year. You may notice that additional adjustments to new processes are needed or that some of the changes have not been fully applied. Although the ‘event’ is a one-off thing, Kaizen is continuous improvement(s).

To die then.

IMPORTANT SIGNS THAT YOU ARE NOT LIVING FULLY..START MAKING CHANGES FOR 2019!!

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedinmail

You undoubtedly have thousands of future plans in your head. About the things you still have to do, the goals you want to achieve and the people you want to share your life with. But sometimes it’s true that you do not have the time to do everything …  or maybe this just seems like that. Have you ever thought that you are only wasting your time and life?

It may be that you invest your time in things that are not necessary  or that require too much of your time without you realizing this. Do you really not have enough time or do you simply spend your time on things that lead nowhere? Read on and find out.

“The past has fled, that what will come is absent, but the present is yours.”

Arabian saying-

1. You invest your time in something that yields nothing

You need moments where you allow yourself some distraction and where you release yourself from your professional responsibilities. However, if you spend most of your time on “distraction,” you will eventually feel like you have not done anything all day. Therefore ensure a balance between work and distraction. Choose activities that really mean something and that you have something to offer and reduce activities that do not.

Activities that give you the feeling that you are wasting your life include excessive alcohol use, hours in front of the television and always immersing yourself in social media. If you want to be with your friends, then look for an alternative. For example, go camping or cook together and simply spend time together. Choose activities that will help you improve your relationships and lead to the life you want.

2. You are unable to improve your skills

People are programmed to learn new things. One way to waste your life is by not giving yourself the chance to learn and grow as much as possible . Do you remember what we said about investing your time in activities that do not give you anything? Well, an excellent alternative is to use that time for something constructive, such as doing thinking games or teaching yourself a new skill.

Put your brain to work and challenge yourself as much as possible. Doing games like crossword puzzles and sodoku will stimulate your brain and it will not be long before you are addicted to the mental challenge they offer you. Another great alternative to help your mind develop is by learning new skills, from learning to play an instrument to learning a new language. Do you prefer something that costs less effort? Then simply read a book.

“Learning how to learn is the most important skill for education and this should be explained during the very first lessons.”

-John Seymour-

3. You have negative conversations

Negative conversations are terrible time wasted. And if you yourself are the subject of the negative conversation, then this is even worse. Keep in mind that what you think becomes reality. Are you aware of what you say every time you lose out in negativity during a conversation or during your daily activities? Or how nice you are against yourself? When you are faced with a challenge and have already given up in your mind, failure is almost inevitable.

Of course it is not easy to break this habit, because we are not necessarily aware that we have this habit at all. What you have to do is to keep an eye on what you are saying and that way you will gradually change the message you send out. Also distracting and engaging your thoughts will help you to reduce those negative messages.

4. You do not make plans for the future

How do you see yourself in ten years? What would you like to be concerned with at this point in your life? With what tools do you see yourself doing this? Although you certainly should not forget to live in the present moment , the future should not be forgotten. Setting goals motivates you to move on and helps you avoid wasting your life and passing it away meaninglessly. Goals allow you to carve out a path and make you feel as if there is something you are working towards to improve and develop yourself.

“The future has many names. He is unreachable for the weak. He is unknown to the anxious. He is an opportunity for the brave. “

-Victor Hugo-

Many people almost live like zombies. They wake up in the morning, eat something, go to work and return home in the evening. Every day is the same and when they finally make time to reflect on their lives, they feel empty. This happens because they do not set goals for themselves.

Focus on one or two important goals and then on some less important ones . How about joining the Iron man in 2030? This triathlon provides even the best athletes with a challenge and is an admirable goal for anyone. Once you have established the larger goal for yourself, you can focus on less important short-term goals. This year you will complete a half marathon and next year a complete and so on.

Do not even give yourself the chance to waste your life. Take advantage of everything around you so that you can grow and improve. The best thing you can do is live life to the fullest; you can never change the past.

ELEMENTS O F A G R E A T S T R A T E G Y FOR ANYONE

I have been giving the theme of business procedure a lot of thought recently and needed to share a couple of key thoughts that have ascended to the best. Likely you definitely know these things, yet I thought putting them down in one succinct note may be of esteem.

Toward the day’s end, it is basic to remember that all procedure and vital arranging depends on… speculating. There is no real way to know the future, yet key arranging still assumes an imperative part fit as a fiddle the future and settle on the kind of choices that will enable you to move towards your coveted results. It’s a figure about the future, yet it’s a figure that causes you make what’s to come.

FOLLOW THE LISTING …

Objective Is the objective clearly defined, and is it based on a realistic view of the marketplace?

Knowledge Is the strategy based on superior knowledge of your customer, marketplace, and competition and a realistic assessment of your own capabilities?

Initiative Does the strategy enable you to set the pace in the field and jump ahead of the competition?

Mass Are you focusing your efforts in those areas that provide the greatest opportunity?

Economy Are resources being economically and prudently deployed?

Flexibility Does the strategy enable you to shift resources easily if required?

Will the organization be able to react quickly to rapidly changing circumstances?

Unity of Leadership Is everyone working in unison to achieve a common goal?

If you ask fifteen people where the organization is heading, will you receive fifteen different responses?

Security Are plans being kept secret? Is it clear which information has to be kept secure?

Surprise Will you strike the competition when and where it’s least prepared?

Do you have enough speed and competitive intelligence to prevent competitors from following your lead?

Simplicity Is the strategy as simple as it can be?

Have you reduced any potential for misunderstanding?

Speed Can you mobilize “forces” at will?

Do bureaucracy, consensus management, undefined responsibility, and political infighting reduce your ability to move quickly?

Communication Has the strategy been made available to those who need to know?

Have individual responsibility and accountability been assigned?

Commitment Does everyone feel a part of the initiative and passionate about achieving its goals? Or do just a few people “own” the initiative?

Hopefully you as a reader, planner, strategist etc. have something to take away from this article.

WAKE UP PRODUCTIVE & EXITED EVERYDAY OF LIFE

FacebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedinmailFire Nation,

Let me ask you this BIG NORMAL Question…..

How regularly do you wake up feeling like you’re going to win?

Like fate has been sealed, and that no matter what happens today, you’ve got this. You will follow through on your goals, you will overcome any obstacle in your path. Can you FOLLOW ME ?? OK LET US ROLE FURTHER IN THE STUFF………..

If you’re like most people, probably very rarely to never.

Most people wake up feeling like they’ve lost before the day has even begun.

Most people don’t even bother trying because they wake up feeling defeated.

There’s no way you’ll ever live a life on your terms if you wake up having already lost.

CAN YOU STILL FOLLOW MY FLOW…GREAT THEN CONTINUE READING…

If you want to wake up productive and excited about your life, you need to take back control of your day. But that can be a daunting task for most. I recommend that you start small (but think BIG), that you start with something doable. Something you can control. Crafting a morning ritual of empowerment and working on your own terms, I was slowly able to build up a side hustle that maybe could replace my day job income in the near future. I am working hard on it. Full speed and motivation. It’s my goal in 2016 and beyond to help you not just know what to do, but to execute. Try to build a bulletproof morning ritual, so you can dominate the first hours of your day. I know it is hard but it is executable my dear friends.

If you can even take back ONE hour of your day, you can get a foothold to take back control of your DAY and eventually, your LIFE.
