Whether you are sitting at the computer or on the couch, always try to sit up straight and do not slump. Of course it can sometimes feel quite pleasant, but it is not very good for your attitude. Often we also do not understand how our attitude is. Do you want to find out? Then ask someone if he or she will take a picture of you if you do not notice. Do you want to improve your posture? Then try to relax your shoulders as much as possible while sitting. Put your feet flat on the floor and keep your neck upright. And what if you walk? Are your shoulders hanging a bit and are they forward? Do you walk with your chest forward and your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to the back of your hips?

Correct yourself

You will notice differences if you adopt a good body posture. That way it is suddenly easier to lift something. Moreover, you will get less trouble from your muscles if you do this in the right way. The chance of injuries is thus reduced and you can also improve (sports) performance. Try to be aware of and stay aware of your body posture and correct yourself if necessary.

You radiate something

Finally, a good body posture not only causes less pain, but you also feel better on the inside. If you stand upright you also radiate something. You look more confident but can also feel more confident because of this.
