BUT IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO KEEP YOUR MIND UNDER CONTROL. THERE FOR I LIKE TO SHARE A SNACK WITH YOU ONLINE.<\/p>\n

We spend much of our time struggling against reality, mentally fighting against traffic, unpleasant colleagues, or tantruming children. The end result is that we use up our limited time and energy wishing things were different or better or less annoying<\/span> .<\/span><\/p>\n

This SNACK will help you for sure to keep your mind in balance.<\/span><\/p>\n

The SNACK is working like this :<\/span><\/p>\n

S \u2013 STOP<\/span><\/p>\n

Just stop with whatever you are doing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stopping, by definition require us to begin it again.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can always start again from a beginning.<\/span><\/p>\n

N- NOTICE<\/span><\/p>\n

Take the time to check what is happening in and around you. Yes make a good notice of things.<\/span><\/p>\n

A- ACCEPT<\/span><\/p>\n

In my opinion this is a tricky one.<\/span><\/p>\n

Whatever it is you are struggling with like; time,kids,frustrations, sleepiness etc., acknowledge it for what it is. Take a good break and give it a place.<\/span><\/p>\n

C- CURIOUS<\/span><\/p>\n

Ground yourself with questions about your very own experiences and your environment. What am I feeling, what do I need right now to undertake at the moment.<\/span><\/p>\n

K- KINDNESS<\/span><\/p>\n

Respond positively to yourself and others with kindness and observe how that help things to get back on track(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

I do hope that this S.N.A.C.K<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>will guide you further in life to succeed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Always remember that Life is like music. It has high notes and low notes. No matter how high and how low your notes may be, keep in tune with the creator and you’ll never go out of tune in the entrepreneurial music of life.<\/span><\/p>\n
