DEAR ENTREPRENEURS IN THIS ARTICLE I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SO CALLED SNACK THE NEXT TIME YOU MIGHT FEEL STRESSED.

I KNOW AND YOU KNOW THAT ALL OF US ARE WORKING UNDER HIGH PRESSURE TO REACH OUR GOALS IN EVERYTHING WE DO.

BUT IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO KEEP YOUR MIND UNDER CONTROL. THERE FOR I LIKE TO SHARE A SNACK WITH YOU ONLINE.

We spend much of our time struggling against reality, mentally fighting against traffic, unpleasant colleagues, or tantruming children. The end result is that we use up our limited time and energy wishing things were different or better or less annoying .

This SNACK will help you for sure to keep your mind in balance.

The SNACK is working like this :

S – STOP

Just stop with whatever you are doing.

Stopping, by definition require us to begin it again.

We can always start again from a beginning.

N- NOTICE

Take the time to check what is happening in and around you. Yes make a good notice of things.

A- ACCEPT

In my opinion this is a tricky one.

Whatever it is you are struggling with like; time,kids,frustrations, sleepiness etc., acknowledge it for what it is. Take a good break and give it a place.

C- CURIOUS

Ground yourself with questions about your very own experiences and your environment. What am I feeling, what do I need right now to undertake at the moment.

K- KINDNESS

Respond positively to yourself and others with kindness and observe how that help things to get back on track(s).
