Better distribution of your energy – 3 tips

By better distributing your energy, you can increase your quality of life step by step. Let’s see.

Life Force Energy: Is Someone Draining Yours? — LIFE. CULTURE. PEOPLE.

1. Start saving energy

We all get a limited amount of energy every day. And we have to divide this energy over everything we want to do that day.

It’s like taking your phone off the charger in the morning . The battery is full, and with this charge you should last all day.

Many of us spend a lot of energy on things that don’t serve us at all. Think of continuous worrying, walking around with an increased stress level, overloading the body with too much food or alcohol and harboring negative thoughts.

It’s like picking up your phone in the morning and streaming video non-stop over 5G – you won’t last the afternoon with your battery. And that’s how many people feel during the day too – as if the battery is running out .

What can you do to prevent your internal battery from draining too quickly?

  1. Invest in your sleep schedule . Good and sufficient sleep helps you to fully charge the battery and keeps the battery in good condition.
  2. Work to “live in your head” less . Constantly worrying and thinking takes much more energy than you expect. Your brain uses a lot of energy. By living more in the moment and ‘in your body’ you save a lot of energy.
  3. Take care of your body with a healthy diet . Eat enough but not too much. Your digestive system also uses up a lot of energy. And if your diet is of moderate quality, you can save on this. Eat vegetables, fruits and unprocessed carbohydrates (sweet potato, whole grains, brown rice, etc.). Drink little or no alcohol and limit refined sugar.
  4. Sports more . By exercising you reduce stress and invest in the health of the battery. Yes, exercising is exhausting. But in the long run, it will help you boost your battery so you have more energy to spend on a daily basis.
  5. meditate . To reduce stress and train your mindfulness. In this way you manage to be calmer and lighter in life, with fewer judgments and less worrying.
  6. Live a Less Distracted Life . Every time you are distracted from something, it costs your brain a lot of energy to switch and switch back again. Rather work in large blocks of time without distraction, then you will be more productive and use less valuable energy.

Make the most of the energy you have been given today. Don’t waste it on distractions, stress and worry. But use it to experience life that makes you happy.

Fine, and what else?

2. Tap into a new source of energy

I call it a pepper in your ass .

It’s funny when you think about it . One minute you feel low on energy. You feel a little ‘meh’, a little lifeless. And then I come to you and I say: “Everything is arranged, you have three weeks off and you can leave tomorrow to a tropical island with three people that you choose.”

And suddenly you dart around the house making calls, packing your bag and dancing for joy.

At first you felt lifeless and low on energy. And now you are suddenly bursting with energy! What happened? Where does that suddenly come from?

Simple: you have a lot more energy than you think . But much of this energy is only accessible if you have a mission . It’s like your phone starts to run out of battery when you just have a power bank in your bag. You plug in the power bank, but you get a message that you can only use this energy for a specific app.

Your specific app is a mission. A target. A pepper in your ass .

Pursuing a mission gives you a sense of urgency and play. The progress you make also brings you great satisfaction. And that just releases a lot of energy.

And so it is possible that you can still feel so lifeless one moment, and the next moment you jump out of your chair and hit it. You tap into a new source of motivation so that you can go on for much longer.

The question is, of course: how do you find that mission?

3. Give yourself time to recover

Our culture adores people who are always running. People who are successful and productive. They seem to be able to keep all the balls in the air.

But most people are not like that . That also counts for me.

And it’s important to realize that. Because different people need different ways of dealing with life. Running endlessly doesn’t work for most people . And even if it seems so, such a period is often followed by overstrain, depression or burnout.

Logical. Because we have to take the time to recover. And it is important that we take this seriously . You don’t want to live like you’re running a marathon. You want to live like a surfer .

What does that mean? That you take the waves of your life like you are a great surfer. There are periods when you work hard, months when you get a lot done and you feel super energetic. And then it gradually turns, and you enter a period where you have to take time for recovery.

That’s very normal. Life is rhythm, a wave motion . And you make it easier on yourself when you surf the waves, and take time to recover between waves. You let the waves do most of the work, then you achieve the most.

So?

  • Respect your boundaries.
  • Realize that every burst of energy also needs a moment of recovery.
  • Accept the wave in your life, even if you are not waiting for it at all. Sometimes you have more energy, sometimes less. Sometimes you need to step back and recover to avoid long-term damage.
  • Build moments of recovery into your daily life as well. An hour of hard work, a few minutes break. A busy day yesterday, today a little more relaxed. Worked out hard, now a few days of rest.
  • If you notice that you are suddenly tired more often, just sleep more. Your body tells you what it needs. Respect that need, you are not a machine.

When you overload a battery, bad things happen . He overheats, just stops working or even starts smoking.

These are all things you want and can avoid. And you do that by making recovery important.

WHY YOU HAVEN’T OVERCOME STRESS YET

Facebooktwitterredditpinterestlinkedinmail

The new year started fresh but I know a lot of you are still under stress. Good enough to start my first blog item with giving you the ability how to reduce stress from your mind, body and soul.

Sit back, relax and let me talk to you…

Don’t you forget we live in a world of stress, from childhood to old days at home, in the work place .it keeps us awake at night. Stress ruins our days and tons of other activities.

And so we often ask, how can I get rid of the anxieties of life.

How can I get free from STRESS.

Some people take exercise other takes yoga, other do meditation something, anything, but my understanding is this:

There is no getting away from STRESS, yes you can’t get away from it. The age we all living in is the age of STRESS.

This is a world of STRESS. A time of STRESS.

You breath it, you see it, you hear it and what to do ????

You can learn to manage it and to tolerate it how not to identify it and it’s effects.

Now how do you do that ?? Here it comes…..

Change your approach to the factor STRESS and change your approach to life by remembering this mantra : BE ANCHORED you got it yes BE ANCHORED

What do I really mean :

Envisage a ship or boat anchored at sea, Storms/ hurricanes may come one after another the boat may toss this way and that and furniture inside may go flying. Some people get seasick, but the boat doesn’t go anywhere.

Why ???

Clear…It’s Anchored !!

So you be anchored, find the place in life that you want to be in based on who you really are. Find what your inner-self really wants from life and anchor to that.

Once you keep bringing yourself back to that place by constant remembrance of your identity values and goals then you can learn to manage STRESS.

At the fresh start of this new year I would like to share ten tips how to be calm and reduce STRESS:

  1. MEDITATE

Just a few minutes a day of meditation can help to ease your stress and anxiety.

  2. BREATHE DEEPLY

When you are feeling stressed, take time to focus on breathing deeply. Close your eyes, sit up straight and focus on nothing but breathing deeply.

  3. REACH OUT

Having a solid social support system is a good key to reduce stress.

Reach out to close friends and your family in time of need.

  4. EXERCISE

Exercise has been shown to increase “FEEL GOOD” endorphins that can help reduce stress. A long walk can give you time to reflect, while an intense gym workout can let you release negative energy.

  5. LAUGH

Laughter may not be the “best” medicine but it does actually lower cortisol – also known as the stress hormone.

  6. LISTEN TO MUSIC.

Research has shown that listening to soothing music can lower blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety. Alternatively, listening to more upbeat music can also help by invigorating you.

  7. BE GRATEFUL

These two words tells you a lot.

  8. ACCEPT YOU CAN’T CONTROL EVERYTHING

This one is very simple – some times you just have to step back and realize that you can’t control everything. Some things are out of your hands, so why waste your time stressing about them.

  9. STAY POSITIVE

It is not easy to stay always positive. But, you can make an active effort to try and to find the positively in your very own life. Do not focus on negative thoughts like “bad things are going to happen with me”.

  10. DO SOMETHING FUN

Don’t forget to take some time to really enjoy yourself. Find yourself a nice hobby that can tune your mind body and soul. Do activities that you enjoy. Surround yourself around people that you have fun with.
