KEGEL EXERCISES FOR BETTER BUSINESS IN THE BEDROOM
Kegel-exercises have been the recommended way for women to strengthen the pelvic muscles for a number of years. Such exercises are often recommended after birth, and are often the first choice treatment for incontinence – but these exercises seem to have positive effects also iregarding sexuality. It has been found that Kegel-exercises also have an effect on men – especially when it comes to sexual performance and sexual health.
In the late 40’s, Dr. Alfred Kegel described what later became known as Kegel -exercises, as a way to strengthen pelvic floor muscles in women. Today, the method is recognized worldwide as the first choice in terms of stress incontinence and genital prolapse in women. In 1952 Dr.Kegel presented a report where he claimed that the Kegel exercises also increased both the orgasm frequency (how many orgasms) and orgasm’s strength among women who did these exercises.
For men, it has long been claimed that strengthening of pelvic and pelvic floor muscles may be successful in treating premature ejaculation (PE), and Kegel exercises may be useful in this regard. However, exercise of special pelvic floor muscles is also found to have a large positive effect when it comes to erectile dysfunction (ED) and impotence.
The kegel exercises are easy to perform. Find the muscles used to control urine flow or urination – and pinch these together repeatedly.
To find the right muscle and get used to “pinching” or “tightening” them, it’s useful to try to stop urine flow when urinating. One common way to do this is to stop the flow, count to ten, relax and resume water drainage.
This is repeated as often as possible during the water drain. In this way, you get a good «contact” with your muscles and get to know them.
The exercises can be done without urinating at the same time, but urination offers a nice opportunity to check that you are using the correct muscles.
Make between 10-20 such “contractions” or “cuts” three times daily, but as mentioned, this does not need to be associated with urination – just make sure you have found the right muscles and use urination to control the effect and that you are doing it in the right way.
The results of such Kegel-exercises for men can be quite impressive. After three months, erectile function significantly improved among the men who performed the Kegel-exercises. After six months, 40% of the men who performed Kegel-exercises regained normal erectile function, while 35% of men who performed the Kegel-exercises improved their erectile function. For 25 percent of men, Kegel-exercises had no effect – and these seem constitute a group of men with a special etiology (the cause of the disease) regarding ED.
Given how simple and effective these exercises are in relation to this disorder wich often have a major impact on the perceived quality of life and wich may lead to depression. For problems such as incontinence and impotence Kegel-exercises should be the obvious recommendation from a doctor, gynecologist or urologist to men and women suffering from any of these problems. Still, these exercises are so easy to perform on you own – so that many a visit to the doctor can be avoided – a minimal or small dedication can lead to great results.

A successful CEO has these five leadership qualities
A good CEO creates a pleasant working environment in which employees feel good. Satisfied employees are essential for the success of a company. But not everyone can just take a leadership position. How do you recognize a good and strong CEO? These five leadership qualities are indispensable.
1. Positive setting
A positive attitude works wonders for the working atmosphere within a company. It is up to the CEO to set a good example. One negative comment can already influence the motivation of your employees. But it also works the other way around: a sincere thank you or sincere compliment – preferably as concrete as possible, because that increases its positive impact – immediately creates an enormous motivation boost. Therefore try to give the efforts of your team sufficient recognition.
2. Passion
To do something well, you have to do it with passion. A good CEO is not easily satisfied and is keen to tackle things better and better. By explaining your vision to your employees, they themselves will also be more motivated to pursue the goals of the organization. Regularly remind your team what their contribution means and how that fits in with the bigger picture. People who think they do meaningful and interesting work are on average 2.4 times happier than people who think they do ‘normal work’ –
3. Honest
Being treated fairly and with respect is one of the most important drivers for happiness at work in the Netherlands. With a transparent attitude you win the trust and the benefit factor of your employees. Always be yourself and communicate as honestly as possible about decisions regarding salary, promotions and projects. It must be clear to your employees what they must do to get a new title or pay raise. That way your employees know what they can expect from you and vice versa what you can expect from them. This way no one will be confronted with surprises.
4. Open-minded and emotionally intelligent
A broad-minded person is not only better able to establish important business relationships, but also to enter into positive relationships with employees. Open-minded CEOs empathize more with their employees. These in turn feel better understood and deal with stress more easily. People who have a good relationship with their colleagues and boss also enjoy going to work more happily. In addition, emotional intelligence makes a major contribution when it comes to leadership. Someone who is able to understand his own emotional reality and that of others may contribute more to success than pure thinking(IQ).
5. Trust
A strong CEO easily gains the confidence of his or her employees, but also blindly trusts the qualities of the team. By giving employees a sense of ’empowerment’, you improve work satisfaction. Anyone who gets the feeling that they can make their own decisions automatically feels more important. In this way employees gain confidence and develop their professional skills. And as an employer, you in turn reap the benefits.
From holiday pleasure to work pleasure
Holidays are over. So it’s time to get back to work. It was a great time spent but everything has an end.So Holidays are over…
The SUMMER vacation is over and work has started again. You are bothered by a colleague who says: ‘And how was your vacation? Did you have fun? Did you enjoy it? Too bad you have to start again now, don’t you? Well, get your chest wet. We have been dying here. There is a considerable workload, so you can handle it a lot. ” You think about that for a moment. It is actually special that our experience of leisure and work is seen as two extremes. We see holidays as something fun and relaxing that you can enjoy. But when it comes to work, this association is made less. No, that is rather seen as necessary, serious, boring and sometimes stressful. Can’t it be otherwise? You are more at work than on vacation.
Job satisfaction or success?
You think back to the time that you applied. You were looking for a job that would make you happy. You were happy that you got the job and you were looking forward to a pleasant time. You enjoyed the prospect of the variation and the challenges that the work would offer. This was your idea about job satisfaction. Have those expectations come true? Do you (still) enjoy your work? And I do not mean that you are satisfied with your job, but that you really enjoy it. That after a few days off you cannot wait to get back to work and you will enjoy the highlights that the work offers. It would be nice if we could look at our work that way. Yet we rarely do that. Fun is not the first word we think about when we talk about work. We wish someone who goes on holiday a lot of fun. Is he going to work, then we wish him every success. Apparently with such a wish we focus on performance and results instead of pleasure.
ANYWAY WORK WITH PLEASURE
